18 NCAC 07J .0804          CLASSIFICATION OF JOURNAL ENTRIES

An IPEN solution or platform provider shall design its electronic journals to enable a notary public to classify each journal entry as:

(1)           a completed notarial act;

(2)           a canceled notarial transaction; or

(3)           a supplemental journal entry.
